You can place an order online within one minute. It is a good idea to have all the vehicle information to hand.
For every order you will need the chassis number of the vehicle. We will also ask you for the key code. No key code? Then you can just send a photo of the metal part of the key. Based on this we will be able to identify the correct key code.
If you can’t find the product you need on our website, you can request an offer online or get in touch with us via chat. We will then help you find the right product.
No, this is not possible. Your order is based on the chassis number of the unique vehicle. To avoid confusion, you can only enter one chassis number per order. After this, of course you can order multiple parts for this vehicle.
Do you want to order products for various vehicles? Then it’s best to email us all vehicle information in a Word file. We will then place the various orders for you in our system.
You can view the status of your order at any time under My Car Lock > Order history. Check the spam folder in your email and add our address to your list of safe senders. No confirmation mail in your spam folder? Then please contact us.
If you enter the chassis number of the vehicle, you will see all the parts which apply to the relevant vehicle. Select the part you wish to order, enter the key code and complete the order. Already have the article number? Then you can also search directly by article number. To order, you enter the chassis number.
